The Godfather of SWAT I consider it a privilege to recommend Jason Fitzwater and Mike Neal to be uniquely qualified to present tactical training programs to law enforcement officers. They teach solutions that meet and apply to today's law enforcement requirements and to the threats facing law enforcement officers today. For training to make positive changes, the trainees must have full respect for the trainers, the instruction must benefit the community, the Department and Officers. The training must be realistic and, at the same time, safe for all involved. This is the kind of invaluable training and instruction that will be provided by Jason Fitzwater and Mike Neal.
Respectfully Ron McCarthy LAPD Sgt. (Retired)
If you're a law enforcement leader and you want to give your troops something that money can't buy, send them to this training. It is truly a life changing event and one they will never forget. The ability to survive an encounter and go home to your family is priceless. The knowledge and skillset they will learn will allow them to recognize and deal with the demons that all emergency services personnel will certainly face at some point in their career. When you have to play chess with the devil, losing is not an option.
Sheriff, Charles Blackwood, Orange County, North Carolina.
I’m thrilled we were able to have each of our officers and investigators complete this training, because I’m confident it will keep them alive as they serve in this increasingly dangerous profession. Mike and Jason did a fantastic job sharing their personal experiences and knowledge. Hands down this is the best training we’ve hosted and without a question worth the cost, because I strongly believe it will keep these men and women alive.
Sheriff David Groves, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, Kansas.
Definitely a life changing course for me. My wife sat through it and the course gave her a different perspective on the way I am some days, and the things that could be triggering my behavior so that she can better understand. It has helped our line of communication not only to one another but also my line of communication with other officers within our department who may be dealing with things at and away from work. I recommend this training to all law enforcement and their spouses it will make a difference.
Detective Eric Grisham, Ardmore Police Department, Oklahoma.
One of the things that I took from this class is we as spouses need to know that it’s not our fault sometimes when our husbands come home in a bad mood. I have a better understanding of why he may be in a bad mood because of the things he has to deal with or see that day. Whether it is a bad call, or just dealing with something administrative. I feel like after your class, we are able to communicate and talk about things that are going on with him at work easier. I know how to be able to talk to him and get him to open up about things a lot easier now. I feel more comfortable talking to him about all aspects of life really.
